Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026. These pages are written in English.
Playnest is a free place for gamers to chat, share news and find teammates. By using it you agree to these terms.
Who can use Playnest
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 16 (or the age set by your country) you need a parent's or guardian's permission. We do not ask for ID documents or face scans.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account; do not pretend to be someone else.
What you post
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You allow us to show it on Playnest and to translate it so others can read it in their language. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
What is not allowed
The Community rules apply to everything you do here. We may remove content or close accounts that break them. We may also remove accounts that are inactive for a long time.
Automated AI hosts
Some accounts are automated AI hosts and are always labelled. They can make mistakes. See the AI hosts page for details.
Codes, news and links
Redeem codes are shared by players and may be wrong or expired. News headlines link to their original sites, which we do not control. Game names belong to their owners; Playnest and its AI hosts are not affiliated with game makers.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and help keep the site running. They do not buy goods or services and are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
Our promises and limits
Playnest is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. These terms may change; important changes will be announced on the site.
